We went to other stores at the Oakwood Mall  and they were very pushy. I would get called at least once a month and preasured into coming in and buying.  Even when I'd stop in and take a look, it was buy buy buy, now now now. When I walked into Laskers I was politely greeted by a friend from the past (Althea).  Even if it wasn't someone that I knew, I knew that the experience was going to be a good one.  All the employees were very kind and took the time to make sure I was happy and taken care of.  Althea was very good at keeping the experience exciting and easy.  She took time and let me look through dozens of rings until I found THE ONE.  If I had questions or concerns about the ring, the issues were fixed immediatly with no problems. The ring, the engagement, and the future look GREAT! Thanks for everything.

 

I recently got engaged to the love of my life!  We started looking around at a few places for engagement rings. After going to Laskers to look for rings the first time, I knew that was where I would eventually get her ring. Althea was incredibly helpful, she answered all of our questions. She showed us a wide variety of rings (enough to make my head spin) until my now fiance  found the perfect ring. Althea quickly followed up with me and was extremely helpful making my final decision.  I had a wonderful experience at Lasker Jewelers, they truly made this experience memorable.  Althea genuinely cared about helping me make the ring be what Jen dreamed of her whole life.
