In this blog, we outline exactly how Lasker Jewelers has implemented safe and sure procedures to continue serving the community.
We require all our staff to take care and wear masks while working at the store. As uncomfortable as a mask can be, we understand how important it is to make small sacrifices for the safety of all.
In addition to wearing masks, we are working hard to consistently wipe down all surfaces on an hourly basis. We are taking no risk for our staff or our customers, which is why our workers are social distancing as well as avoiding gathering in close spaces.
To keep our jewelry safe for customers to handle and view, we are thoroughly sanitizing all our inventory pieces between handlings. No jewelry will end up in the case or the hand of a customer without first being meticulously cleaned and disinfected.
We are extending this same policy towards any jewelry repairs we take in, making sure that the jewelry is sanitized properly before transferring hands. Because of these processes, our turnaround time is longer, and we appreciate the understanding of guests patiently awaiting their jewelry repairs.
Part of maintaining a safe and clean environment is a commitment to work together. Therefore, we ask guests to our store to wear the masks we provide and to willingly participate in our sanitation procedures upon entering our store.
We also ask that you stay home if you are feeling unwell in any capacity. Our staff is available for virtual appointments as well as in person appointments, so we are happy to help you out if you are homebound.
