Floor Director:
Facilitate the “flow” on the sales floor, model behavior to provide outstanding, consistent, customer service and develop strong customer relationships.

Customer Specialist:
Help our sales team create beautiful one-of-a-kind heirlooms! Establish close working relationships with our vendors, follow up on customer approval, pricing & timely delivery.

Repair Liaison/Shop Manager:
Support our sales teams & valued clientele with the repair process. Ensure proper take in, pricing, & warranty information. Monitor shop inventory, convey time frames for delivery, & QC all completed jobs.

Professional Jewelry Consultant:
Use your outgoing, friendly, goal oriented, personality to sell magnificent diamonds, fashion jewelry & cultivate lasting relationships.

Administrative Assistant/Sales:
Directly assist the store manager. Coordinate appointment schedules for special events, manage Lasker financing applications, appraisals, bank deposits, office supply inventory, respond to social media requests.

Inventory Control:
Process special orders & follow up for timely delivery, manage transfers between stores, evaluate trades, process on-line orders, place orders for out-of-stock merchandise, reconcile invoices.
