The Star of Hope Diamond pendant was created by Nicole Lasker.  Lasker Jeweler’s downtown Rochester location, steps from the world-famous Mayo Clinic, enjoys visits from patients from around the world.  For decades visitors have been sharing inspiring stories of faith, love, hope and often miracles with the Lasker Jeweler’s team.  Nicole was inspired to create a design to represent the Hope that is needed when faced with life’s challenges. 

Remembering summer nights of stargazing and wishing upon a star, she began sketching a star design.  In addition to creating a beautiful jewelry design, Nicole wanted to create something that could help the communities Lasker Jewelers serves through charitable contributions.  Lasker Jewelers makes a contribution of $50 to support community needs with every purchase of a Star of Hope.  The Star of Hope not only gives the wearer hope, it also brings hope to others through charitable giving.
