You bring: 

• A passion for fine jewelry, gemstones, and design 
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills 
• A polished, professional demeanor with natural warmth and confidence 
• Proven success in sales — ideally in jewelry, luxury goods, or high-end service industries (such as real estate, hospitality, or pharmaceuticals) 
• The ability to manage multiple client relationships with precision, integrity, and care 
• A strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset 

What You’ll Do 

• Build and nurture a loyal clientele through exceptional relationship management 
• Guide clients through milestone purchases — from engagement rings to heirloom pieces 
• Provide education and expertise in gemstones, diamonds, and design 
• Contribute to a collaborative, professional team environment 
• Represent the Lasker brand with elegance and enthusiasm at in-store events and community functions

Job Type: Full-Time 

Compensation: $45,000–$65,000+ per year (base + commission; top performers earn substantially more)
