Lasker Jewelers strives to satisfy our clients. Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be refunded by the original client, within 30 days of purchase. If the purchase was made via credit card, the original card must be presented. Purchases made by cash or check will be refunded via check. Refunds on check sales will be refunded 10 business days from the date of sale.

The following conditions apply to all returns:

• Any item that shows wear, use or has been modified is not eligible for return or exchange. 
  
  
• All diamond grading certificates and reports must accompany the returned items.
  
  
• The item must be unworn, in original condition and in its original box.
  
  
• We regret that the following items DO NOT qualify for refund or exchange: special order items, custom made items, sale items or any stock piece that has been modified or personalized.
