Buying diamond jewelry is a big moment. Owning it should feel easy.

So we made vows to you. Practical ones. Real-life ones. The kind that show up on a random Tuesday when you look down and think, “Is this ring… supposed to look/feel/smell like this?”

If you purchased your diamond jewelry at Laskers after January of 2023,
we’ll take care of it here, in person, for the long haul. No awkward. No runaround. Just help.

A Lasker Diamond Always Includes:

  • Cleaning & inspection ANY time
    (no appointment necessary)
  • Initial ring sizing (up to 2 sizes larger)
  • Polishing & refinishing
  • Rhodium plating (once per year)
  • Tightening loose stones
  • Soldering two rings together
    (engagement ring/wedding band, stackables)
  • Soldering broken chains, bracelets, and ring shanks
  • Replacing missing natural diamonds, including the center natural diamond (up to 2 carats)
  • Replacing missing lab diamonds, including the center lab diamond (up to 5 carats)

One more vow from us: we’ll always be straightforward about what’s covered.

We can’t guarantee items that have been accidentally lost, stolen, neglected, or abused. Jewelry insurance is a smart move for those “life happened” moments that no jeweler can prevent.
